Upon arrival at Islamabad International Airport, our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Pakistan's modern and scenic capital. After check-in, the remainder of the day depends entirely on your flight arrival time.

If time permits, we will begin exploring some of Islamabad's most iconic attractions, which may include the magnificent Faisal Mosque, panoramic views from Daman-e-Koh, the impressive Pakistan Monument, the fascinating Lok Virsa Museum, or a leisurely walk through one of the city's beautiful parks or local markets. This relaxed introduction offers the perfect opportunity to experience the capital before our adventure into the spectacular mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan begins.

Whether you choose to relax after your journey or explore the city, today provides a comfortable start to the remarkable adventure that awaits through some of Pakistan's most remote valleys, breathtaking mountain landscapes, and vibrant cultures.

After an early breakfast, we leave Islamabad and begin our overland adventure towards the mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan. If the spectacular Babusar Pass is open, we travel through the lush Kaghan Valley and the picturesque hill station of Naran, following one of Pakistan's most scenic mountain routes.

As we gain altitude, the landscape changes dramatically from rolling green hills and alpine forests to towering peaks, glacial streams, and high mountain meadows. We make several stops along the way to admire the scenery, stretch our legs, and capture photographs of the spectacular landscapes. Crossing Babusar Pass (4,173 m), we are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views before descending into the rugged terrain of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Joining the famous Karakoram Highway, we continue alongside the mighty Indus River towards Chilas, where dramatic cliffs and towering mountains signal our arrival in the heart of northern Pakistan.

Alternative Route: If Babusar Pass is closed due to seasonal conditions, we will travel entirely via the legendary Karakoram Highway, following the Indus River through spectacular mountain scenery before reaching Chilas.

After checking in to our hotel, the remainder of the evening is free to relax and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

After breakfast, we continue along the legendary Karakoram Highway to Raikot Bridge, the gateway to the world-famous Fairy Meadows. Here, we board local 4×4 jeeps for an exciting drive along one of Pakistan's most adventurous mountain roads to Tattu Village, where our trek begins.

From Tattu Village, we hike through fragrant pine forests, alpine meadows, and mountain trails towards the spectacular Fairy Meadows, one of the most iconic destinations in Gilgit-Baltistan. As we gain altitude, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains unfold before us, building anticipation for the remarkable landscape that awaits.

By afternoon, we arrive at Fairy Meadows, a beautiful alpine meadow lying directly beneath the majestic Nanga Parbat (8,126 m), the ninth-highest mountain in the world. Surrounded by lush green pastures, dense forests, and towering snow-covered peaks, this extraordinary location has long been regarded as one of the finest mountain viewpoints in the Karakoram.

The remainder of the day is free to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and photograph the magnificent north face of Nanga Parbat, particularly during sunset when the mountain is often bathed in warm golden light.

Today is dedicated to exploring one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in the world beneath the mighty Nanga Parbat (8,126 m), famously known as the "Killer Mountain." After an early breakfast, we begin our hike through alpine meadows, pine forests, and glacial valleys towards Nanga Parbat Base Camp, enjoying ever-changing views of the mountain's immense north face along the way.

The trail passes through the beautiful Beyal Camp, where lush alpine pastures and dramatic mountain scenery provide a perfect place to rest while admiring one of the finest panoramas in the Karakoram. Guests who prefer a shorter and less demanding walk may choose to spend time at Beyal Camp, enjoying the breathtaking scenery before returning to Fairy Meadows at a relaxed pace.

Those continuing onwards will hike to the spectacular viewpoint overlooking Nanga Parbat Base Camp, where the enormous Raikot Glacier, towering icefalls, and the immense north face of Nanga Parbat create one of Pakistan's most unforgettable mountain landscapes. This rewarding hike offers exceptional opportunities for landscape photography and an immersive experience in the heart of the Karakoram.

After spending time enjoying the magnificent scenery, we retrace our steps back through Beyal Camp to Fairy Meadows, where another peaceful evening awaits beneath the towering peaks of Nanga Parbat.

After breakfast, we bid farewell to the breathtaking landscapes of Fairy Meadows and descend on foot to Tattu Village, where our waiting 4×4 jeeps transfer us back to Raikot Bridge. Rejoining the legendary Karakoram Highway, we continue our journey before turning into the beautiful Astore Valley, one of the hidden gems of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Following the scenic Astore River, the route passes through traditional mountain villages, fertile valleys, and dramatic landscapes surrounded by the towering peaks of the Himalayas. As we gain altitude, lush forests, alpine meadows, and snow-capped mountains create a spectacular introduction to this peaceful region.

By afternoon, we arrive in Rama, one of the most picturesque areas of Astore Valley. Surrounded by dense pine forests and magnificent mountain scenery, Rama is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and unspoilt natural beauty. If time permits, we enjoy a leisurely walk through the meadows or around the surrounding landscape while taking in the fresh mountain air before settling into our accommodation for the evening.

After breakfast, we begin the day by exploring the spectacular landscapes around Rama, one of the most scenic areas of Astore Valley. Surrounded by dense pine forests and snow-capped peaks, we make our way to the beautiful Rama Lake, where the crystal-clear alpine waters reflect the surrounding mountains, creating one of the most picturesque settings in Gilgit-Baltistan.

After spending time enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and capturing photographs of the lake and surrounding scenery, we return to the road and continue deeper into Astore Valley towards the remote village of Tarishing. Following the Rupal River, the drive passes through traditional settlements, fertile meadows, and dramatic mountain landscapes beneath the towering southern face of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m).

Tarishing is the gateway to the legendary Rupal Face of Nanga Parbat, recognised as the highest mountain face on Earth. Surrounded by glaciers, alpine meadows, and towering peaks, the village offers an extraordinary sense of remoteness and provides a fascinating insight into life in one of Pakistan's most isolated mountain communities.

Upon arrival, we check in to our accommodation and, if time permits, enjoy a short walk around the village, taking in the magnificent scenery before another peaceful evening in the heart of Astore Valley.

After an early breakfast, we set out for one of the most rewarding adventures of the tour as we journey towards the legendary Nanga Parbat Base Camp beneath the mountain's magnificent Rupal Face. Rising an astonishing 4,600 metres above the valley floor, the Rupal Face is recognised as the highest mountain face on Earth and is considered one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes anywhere in the world.

From Tarishing, we travel by local 4×4 jeep to the trailhead before beginning our hike through alpine meadows, glacial streams, and rugged mountain terrain. As we gradually gain altitude, breathtaking views of the immense Rupal Glacier, dramatic icefalls, and the towering south face of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m) dominate the landscape, providing unforgettable scenery throughout the journey.

Reaching Nanga Parbat Base Camp, we take time to admire the extraordinary surroundings, enjoy our packed lunch, and capture photographs of one of the world's greatest mountains from a truly unique perspective. Standing beneath the immense Rupal Face is a remarkable experience that few travellers ever have the opportunity to enjoy.

After spending time at the base camp, we descend along the same trail, returning by jeep to Tarishing for a well-earned evening of rest after an unforgettable day in the heart of the Himalayas.

After breakfast, we leave the remote village of Tarishing and continue our adventure towards the magnificent Deosai Plains, one of the highest plateaus in the world. Travelling through the dramatic landscapes of Astore Valley, the road gradually climbs above the tree line into an extraordinary alpine wilderness where vast grasslands stretch to the horizon beneath snow-capped peaks.

Entering Deosai National Park, we find ourselves surrounded by one of Pakistan's most remarkable high-altitude ecosystems. Known as the "Land of Giants", the plateau sits at an average elevation of over 4,000 metres and is renowned for its endless rolling plains, crystal-clear streams, alpine flowers during summer, and breathtaking panoramic views. The park is also an important habitat for wildlife, including the Himalayan Brown Bear, Golden Marmot, Red Fox, Tibetan Wolf, and numerous species of high-altitude birds.

As we journey across the plateau, we make several scenic stops to admire the spectacular landscapes and photograph the dramatic scenery that makes Deosai National Park one of the most iconic natural attractions in Gilgit-Baltistan. The vast open spaces and surrounding mountains create an unforgettable sense of wilderness rarely experienced elsewhere in Asia.

By late afternoon, we arrive at our campsite (or accommodation, depending on the itinerary) in the heart of the Deosai Plains, where we enjoy the peaceful surroundings beneath one of the clearest night skies in Pakistan.

After breakfast, we spend the morning exploring the spectacular Deosai National Park, one of the world's highest plateaus and among the most extraordinary landscapes in Gilgit-Baltistan. Known as the "Land of Giants", Deosai Plains offer endless rolling grasslands, crystal-clear streams, snow-capped peaks, and an incredible sense of wilderness that makes this one of Pakistan's most remarkable natural attractions.

As we travel across the plateau, we make time to discover its diverse landscapes and search for its unique wildlife. Deosai National Park is home to the rare Himalayan Brown Bear, as well as Golden Marmots, Red Foxes, Tibetan Wolves, and a variety of high-altitude bird species. The vast open scenery and abundant wildlife provide exceptional opportunities for nature photography and peaceful exploration.

In the afternoon, we begin our descent towards Skardu, stopping en route at the beautiful Satpara Lake, where the turquoise waters are surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. We also visit the historic Manthal Buddha Rock, an important archaeological site featuring an ancient Buddhist rock carving that reflects the region's rich cultural heritage before the arrival of Islam.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Skardu, the gateway to the great peaks of the Karakoram. After checking in to our hotel, the remainder of the evening is free to relax or enjoy a stroll around the town before continuing our adventure through Gilgit-Baltistan.

After breakfast, we leave Skardu and begin our scenic journey towards Khaplu, exploring some of the most remarkable cultural and natural attractions of Baltistan along the way.

Our first stop is the spectacular Katpana Cold Desert, where rolling sand dunes are set against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains, creating one of the most unique landscapes in Gilgit-Baltistan. We then continue into the beautiful Shigar Valley, renowned for its fertile fields, traditional villages, and dramatic mountain scenery.

In the heart of the valley, we visit the beautifully restored Shigar Fort, a 17th-century palace that now stands as one of the finest examples of Balti architecture and heritage. After exploring the fort and its surroundings, we continue our journey eastwards, following the Shyok River through picturesque villages and breathtaking mountain landscapes towards Khaplu.

Upon arrival, we visit the magnificent Khaplu Fort, one of Baltistan's most important historical landmarks, before exploring the nearby Chaqchan Mosque, one of the oldest surviving mosques in northern Pakistan and a remarkable example of Tibetan, Persian, and Kashmiri architectural influences. The charming streets of old Khaplu provide an authentic glimpse into the region's rich cultural heritage and traditional way of life.

After a rewarding day of sightseeing, we check in to our hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening in the beautiful surroundings of Khaplu.

After breakfast, we set out on a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Hushe Valley, one of the most spectacular and remote valleys in Baltistan. Following the Shyok River, today's journey takes us through dramatic mountain landscapes, traditional Balti villages, and fertile valleys, offering an unforgettable glimpse into one of Pakistan's great mountain frontiers.

Our first major stop is the beautiful village of Machulu, renowned for its traditional stone houses, terraced fields, and warm Balti hospitality. Surrounded by towering peaks, the village provides an authentic insight into local life and serves as an excellent place to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of rural Baltistan.

Continuing deeper into the valley, we arrive in Hushe, the last permanent settlement before the great glaciers and towering peaks of the Karakoram. The village is internationally recognised as the gateway to some of the world's most famous mountaineering expeditions, including routes leading towards Masherbrum (7,821 m), K6, K7, and the Charakusa Valley.

While exploring the village, we visit the historic Hushe Mosque, stroll through the traditional settlement, and enjoy magnificent views of the majestic Masherbrum, one of the most beautiful peaks in the Karakoram. The peaceful surroundings, glacial rivers, and dramatic mountain scenery make Hushe Valley one of the true highlights of this adventure.

After spending time enjoying the valley and capturing its extraordinary landscapes, we return to Skardu, arriving by evening for another comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, we leave Skardu and begin our scenic journey towards Gilgit, travelling through some of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Before joining the Karakoram Highway, we visit the beautiful Upper Kachura Lake, a tranquil alpine lake renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, surrounding orchards, and magnificent mountain scenery. Hidden amongst pine forests and rugged peaks, the lake is one of the most picturesque natural attractions in Baltistan and offers excellent opportunities for photography and a peaceful morning walk.

We then continue our drive towards Gilgit, following the legendary Karakoram Highway alongside the mighty Indus River. As we travel through dramatic gorges, towering cliffs, and ever-changing mountain landscapes, we make several scenic stops to admire the spectacular views and appreciate one of the world's greatest mountain roads.

Upon arrival in Gilgit, we explore the city's vibrant atmosphere with a visit to the bustling Gilgit Bazaar, where local handicrafts, gemstones, traditional products, and dry fruits reflect the rich cultural heritage of northern Pakistan. If time permits, we also visit the historic Kargah Buddha, an impressive 7th-century rock carving that stands as one of the region's most important archaeological landmarks.

After checking in to our hotel, the remainder of the evening is free to relax before continuing our adventure through the remote valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan.

After breakfast, we leave Gilgit and head west towards the spectacular Ghizer Valley, one of the most scenic and least-explored regions of Gilgit-Baltistan. Following the crystal-clear Ghizer River, today's journey takes us through fertile valleys, traditional villages, colourful fields, and breathtaking mountain landscapes that reveal a quieter and more authentic side of northern Pakistan.

As we travel deeper into Ghizer District, we pass through charming villages where everyday life continues much as it has for generations. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, glacial rivers, and lush farmland, these peaceful settlements offer a fascinating opportunity to experience the region's rich culture, warm hospitality, and traditional way of life.

Continuing along the scenic valley, we arrive in the beautiful Phandar Valley, widely regarded as one of the hidden gems of Gilgit-Baltistan. Renowned for its tranquil atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and spectacular mountain scenery, the valley is home to the stunning Phandar Lake, where emerald-green waters mirror the surrounding peaks and forests. We spend time exploring the lakeside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, making the most of one of the most photogenic locations in northern Pakistan.

By late afternoon, we continue to the nearby town of Gupis, where we check in to our hotel. Nestled beside the Ghizer River, Gupis provides a peaceful setting for the evening and serves as the perfect base for exploring the remarkable valleys of Ghizer.

After breakfast, we spend the morning exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Phandar Valley, one of the most picturesque valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan. Surrounded by towering mountains, lush meadows, and crystal-clear rivers, the valley is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and unspoilt natural beauty. We take time to visit the beautiful Phandar Lake, where the emerald-green waters perfectly reflect the surrounding peaks, creating one of the finest photography locations in northern Pakistan.

After breakfast, we spend the morning discovering the remarkable beauty and rich heritage of Yasin Valley, one of the most scenic and culturally fascinating valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan. Surrounded by the towering peaks of the Hindu Kush and Karakoram, the valley is known for its fertile farmland, crystal-clear rivers, traditional villages, and welcoming local communities.

We explore several picturesque villages, strolling through narrow lanes lined with traditional stone houses, orchards, and terraced fields while experiencing the authentic lifestyle of the people who have called this beautiful valley home for generations. After lunch, we continue our journey towards the beautiful Ishkoman Valley, following the scenic Ghizer River through dramatic mountain landscapes and peaceful villages. The drive itself is a highlight, offering breathtaking views as we travel deeper into one of the least-visited valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Immit, the administrative centre of Ishkoman Valley, where we check in to our accommodation. If time permits, we enjoy a short walk around the village, taking in its peaceful atmosphere, traditional architecture, and spectacular mountain surroundings before another comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, we spend a full day discovering the breathtaking landscapes and authentic mountain culture of Ishkoman Valley, one of the most remote and least-visited valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan. Nestled between the mighty Hindu Kush and Karakoram mountain ranges, the valley is renowned for its crystal-clear rivers, fertile farmland, traditional villages, and spectacular alpine scenery.

Our exploration begins in Immit, where we stroll through the peaceful village, admiring its traditional wooden and stone houses, colourful orchards, and terraced fields. Surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks and nourished by glacial rivers, Immit offers a fascinating glimpse into the simple and authentic lifestyle of the local communities.

Throughout the day, we continue exploring several villages across Ishkoman Valley, travelling through beautiful landscapes where fertile fields, fruit orchards, and traditional settlements are framed by towering snow-covered peaks. After breakfast, we bid farewell to the peaceful landscapes of Ishkoman Valley and begin our journey towards the world-famous Hunza Valley. Travelling back through the scenic Ghizer Valley, we follow the crystal-clear Ghizer River before joining the legendary Karakoram Highway, one of the world's greatest mountain roads.

As we journey north, the dramatic mountain scenery becomes ever more impressive. Our first stop is at the remains of the Ancient Silk Route, where sections of the historic trail carved into the cliffs serve as a remarkable reminder of the ancient caravans that once connected South Asia, Central Asia, and China through the mountains of the Karakoram.

Continuing along the Karakoram Highway, we stop at the famous Rakaposhi View Point in Nagar Valley, where the majestic Rakaposhi (7,788 m) rises dramatically above the valley floor. This iconic viewpoint offers one of the finest mountain panoramas in Pakistan and is a favourite stop for photography.

From here, we continue to the historic town of Karimabad, the former capital of the Hunza State. Surrounded by the spectacular peaks of Rakaposhi, Ultar Sar, and Ladyfinger Peak, Karimabad is renowned for its rich history, traditional architecture, and breathtaking mountain setting. After checking in to our hotel, the remainder of the evening is free to relax or explore the charming streets and local bazaar at your own pace.

After breakfast, we spend the day exploring the cultural and historical treasures of Karimabad, the former capital of the princely Hunza State and one of the most picturesque towns in Gilgit-Baltistan. Surrounded by the magnificent peaks of Rakaposhi, Ultar Sar, and Ladyfinger Peak, Karimabad offers a perfect blend of history, mountain scenery, and local culture.

Our sightseeing begins with a visit to the iconic Baltit Fort, a beautifully restored 700-year-old fortress perched above the town. Once the residence of the Mirs of Hunza, the fort offers fascinating insight into the history of the region while rewarding visitors with spectacular panoramic views across Hunza Valley.

We then continue to the historic Altit Fort, the oldest fort in Hunza, where we explore its impressive architecture and learn about the valley's rich cultural heritage. A leisurely walk through the beautifully maintained Altit Royal Garden and the centuries-old Altit Village provides an authentic glimpse into traditional Hunza life, with its narrow stone lanes, historic homes, and welcoming local community.

The afternoon is free to explore Karimabad Bazaar, where local handicrafts, gemstones, traditional textiles, and handmade souvenirs reflect the rich heritage of Hunza Valley.

In the evening, we drive to the famous Duikar View Point (Eagle's Nest), one of the finest viewpoints in northern Pakistan, to witness a spectacular sunset over the snow-covered peaks of Rakaposhi, Ultar Sar, Ladyfinger Peak, Golden Peak, and Diran Peak. As the changing colours of the evening light illuminate the surrounding mountains, it provides a truly unforgettable conclusion to a remarkable day in Hunza Valley.

After breakfast, we leave Karimabad and cross the Hunza River into the beautiful Nagar Valley to explore the spectacular Hopar Valley, one of the most scenic valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan. Surrounded by towering peaks, traditional villages, and fertile terraces, the valley offers breathtaking views of the magnificent Hopar Glacier, where ice descending from the Hispar Glacier meets the rugged mountain landscape.

We spend time exploring the valley, enjoying panoramic viewpoints, walking through the peaceful village, and admiring the dramatic scenery that has made Hopar Valley one of the hidden gems of Nagar.

Returning to the Karakoram Highway, we continue north towards Upper Hunza. Along the way, we stop at the historic Sacred Rocks of Hunza, one of the region's most important archaeological sites. Covered with ancient rock carvings and inscriptions left by traders and travellers along the historic Silk Route, the site offers a fascinating insight into the rich history of this mountain corridor.

Continuing deeper into Upper Hunza, we arrive at the breathtaking Attabad Lake, where the brilliant turquoise waters are surrounded by towering cliffs and rugged peaks. We take time to admire the spectacular scenery before continuing to our hotel in Shishkat. If time permits, we can enjoy a leisurely walk around the village and along the lakeshore, taking in the peaceful atmosphere of one of Pakistan's most beautiful mountain destinations.

After breakfast, we spend the day exploring the spectacular landscapes and traditional Wakhi villages of Upper Hunza, one of the most beautiful regions in Gilgit-Baltistan. Travelling along the legendary Karakoram Highway, today's journey combines dramatic mountain scenery, ancient villages, glaciers, lakes, and some of the finest viewpoints in northern Pakistan.

We begin by exploring the charming villages of Shishkat, Gulmit, and Ghulkin, where traditional stone houses, centuries-old irrigation channels, fertile fields, and fruit orchards offer an authentic glimpse into Wakhi culture and everyday life. Surrounded by the towering peaks of the Karakoram, these peaceful villages are among the most picturesque settlements along the historic Silk Route.

Continuing our exploration, we drive to Borith Lake, a peaceful alpine lake nestled beneath the surrounding mountains. From nearby Zero Point, we begin a rewarding hike to the spectacular Passu White Glacier, where the trail offers magnificent views of the glacier, rugged valleys, and the surrounding peaks. After returning from the hike, we spend time enjoying the tranquil beauty of Borith Lake before continuing our journey.

In the afternoon, we visit the famous Hussaini Suspension Bridge, one of the most iconic pedestrian bridges in Pakistan, stretching across the Hunza River with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We also stop at Passu to admire the world-famous Passu Cones, whose distinctive jagged peaks create one of the most recognisable landscapes in Gilgit-Baltistan.

After a full day exploring the natural and cultural highlights of Upper Hunza, we return to our hotel for another relaxing evening surrounded by the magnificent scenery of the Karakoram.

After breakfast, we leave Upper Hunza and continue our adventure towards the remote Shimshal Valley, one of the most isolated and spectacular valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan. Travelling along the Karakoram Highway, we turn off at Passu and begin the unforgettable drive along the famous Shimshal Road, an engineering marvel carved into towering cliffs above the Shimshal River.

The journey itself is one of the highlights of the tour, passing through dramatic gorges, narrow canyons, hanging bridges, and breathtaking mountain scenery. As we travel deeper into the valley, the landscape becomes increasingly wild and untouched, offering spectacular views at every turn.

By afternoon, we arrive in the traditional Wakhi village of Shimshal, one of the highest permanent settlements in Pakistan and home to a community renowned for its resilience, mountaineering heritage, and unique culture. Surrounded by some of the highest peaks in the Karakoram, the village provides a fascinating insight into life in one of the country's most remote mountain communities.

After checking in to our guesthouse, we have time to explore the village on foot, walking through its narrow lanes, traditional stone houses, irrigated fields, and historic irrigation channels while enjoying the warm hospitality of the local Wakhi people. The peaceful surroundings and dramatic mountain setting make Shimshal Valley one of the most memorable destinations of the entire journey.

After breakfast, we bid farewell to the spectacular landscapes of Shimshal Valley and begin our return journey along the famous Shimshal Road, descending through dramatic gorges, towering cliffs, and deep canyons before rejoining the legendary Karakoram Highway near Passu.

From Passu, we continue north through the picturesque villages of Khyber and Sost, enjoying magnificent views of the surrounding Karakoram peaks before turning west into the remote Chipurson Valley. Following the Chipurson River, the road winds through rugged mountain landscapes, alpine meadows, and traditional Wakhi settlements, leading us into one of the most isolated valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan.

As we travel deeper into the valley, we pass several small villages where centuries-old stone houses, irrigated fields, and traditional farming practices reflect a way of life that has remained largely unchanged for generations. Surrounded by towering peaks and vast open landscapes, Chipurson Valley offers an extraordinary sense of peace, remoteness, and natural beauty.

By late afternoon, we arrive at our accommodation in Chipurson Valley. If time permits, we enjoy a leisurely walk through the village, meeting local residents and taking in the spectacular mountain scenery before settling in for a relaxing evening in one of Pakistan's most remote mountain valleys.

After breakfast, we spend the day exploring the remarkable landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Chipurson Valley, one of the most remote and least-visited valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan. Nestled along the historic Wakhan Corridor, the valley is home to traditional Wakhi communities whose way of life has remained largely unchanged for centuries.

Travelling deeper into the valley, we pass through traditional villages surrounded by fertile fields, glacial rivers, and towering peaks, gaining an authentic insight into the unique culture and mountain lifestyle of the local people. The spectacular scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and sense of remoteness make Chipurson Valley one of the true hidden gems of northern Pakistan.

A highlight of the day is our visit to Baba Ghundi, a revered shrine dedicated to the Sufi saint Baba Ghundi, who is deeply respected throughout the Wakhi communities of the region. The shrine sits in a spectacular mountain setting and has long served as an important spiritual and cultural landmark for travellers and local residents alike.

From Baba Ghundi, we continue as far as visitor access is permitted towards the frontier with Afghanistan, following the upper reaches of the valley. This remote section offers breathtaking views towards the historic Wakhan Corridor, where the mountains of Pakistan and Afghanistan meet. Subject to current regulations and security permissions, we travel to the furthest point accessible to visitors before returning through the valley, stopping frequently to admire the dramatic scenery and capture photographs of this extraordinary landscape.

After a memorable day exploring one of Pakistan's last great mountain frontiers, we return to our accommodation in Chipurson Valley for another peaceful evening.

After breakfast, we leave Chipurson Valley and rejoin the Karakoram Highway, continuing north through Sost towards the spectacular Khunjerab National Park. As the road climbs through the high mountains, we enjoy magnificent views of alpine meadows, glacial streams, and the rugged landscapes that define Upper Hunza.

Arriving at Khunjerab Pass (4,693 m), the highest paved international border crossing in the world, we take time to explore the border area and admire the breathtaking scenery where Pakistan meets China. Located within Khunjerab National Park, this remarkable landscape also provides habitat for wildlife such as the Himalayan Ibex, Blue Sheep, Golden Marmot, and, on rare occasions, the elusive Snow Leopard.

On our return journey, we turn off the Karakoram Highway to explore the remote Misgar Valley, one of the hidden gems of Upper Hunza. Once an important settlement on the historic Silk Route, Misgar offers spectacular mountain scenery, traditional Wakhi culture, and fascinating frontier history. We spend time exploring the peaceful village and its beautiful surroundings before returning to the main highway.

Continuing south through Sost, Khyber, and Passu, we enjoy magnificent views of the iconic Passu Cones before arriving at our hotel in Gulmit, Ghulkin, or Shishkat for a relaxing evening beside Attabad Lake.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed day exploring the beautiful surroundings of Upper Hunza at a leisurely pace. Today offers the perfect opportunity to slow down after several days of adventure through the remote mountain valleys while discovering more of the region's rich history, culture, and spectacular scenery.

The day's highlight is a rewarding hike to the historic Ondra Fort, an ancient watchtower perched high above Gulmit. The trail climbs through traditional terraces and orchards before reaching the fort, where breathtaking panoramic views unfold across Attabad Lake, Gulmit, Ghulkin, the Hunza River, and the surrounding peaks of the Karakoram. Once an important defensive outpost guarding the historic Silk Route, Ondra Fort remains one of the finest viewpoints in Upper Hunza.

After descending from the fort, we visit the traditional Kamaris Village, a peaceful settlement known for its historic stone houses, narrow lanes, fertile fields, and authentic Wakhi culture. Walking through the village provides an opportunity to experience the relaxed pace of life, meet local residents, and appreciate the remarkable harmony between the community and its spectacular mountain environment.

The remainder of the afternoon is free to relax at the hotel, stroll along the shores of Attabad Lake, or simply enjoy the magnificent scenery surrounding Upper Hunza.

After breakfast, we bid farewell to the spectacular landscapes of Upper Hunza and begin our journey south along the legendary Karakoram Highway. Travelling beside the mighty Hunza River and Indus River, we enjoy one final opportunity to admire the dramatic mountain scenery that has accompanied us throughout our adventure across Gilgit-Baltistan.

As we descend through the mountains, we pass deep gorges, historic settlements, and ever-changing landscapes before continuing towards our overnight destination. If Babusar Pass is open, we leave the Karakoram Highway at Chilas and travel over the spectacular Babusar Pass (4,173 m) into the lush Kaghan Valley, where the scenic mountain town of Naran awaits.

If Babusar Pass is closed due to seasonal conditions, we continue south along the Karakoram Highway, following the Indus River through dramatic mountain scenery to Besham, where we spend the night before continuing to Islamabad the following day.

After checking in to our hotel, the remainder of the evening is free to relax and reflect on the unforgettable experiences and remarkable mountain landscapes explored throughout our journey.

After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Islamabad, leaving behind the magnificent mountains of northern Pakistan as we descend into the capital region.

En route, we visit the ancient city of Taxila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important centres of the Gandhara Civilisation. Once a renowned centre of learning and a key stop along the ancient Silk Route, Taxila is home to remarkable archaeological treasures. We visit the fascinating Taxila Museum, which houses an outstanding collection of Gandharan sculptures and artefacts. Subject to time availability, we also explore one of the nearby archaeological sites to gain a deeper appreciation of this historic city.

Continuing to Islamabad, we check in to our hotel. If sightseeing around the capital was not possible on the day of arrival, we will spend the remainder of the day exploring some of Islamabad's most iconic attractions. Depending on the available time, these may include the magnificent Faisal Mosque, panoramic views from Daman-e-Koh, the impressive Pakistan Monument, the fascinating Lok Virsa Museum, or a stroll through one of the city's vibrant markets or beautifully maintained parks.

After breakfast, your final day is free to relax or enjoy some last-minute sightseeing, depending on your international flight schedule.

If your departure is later in the day and there was not enough time to fully explore Islamabad earlier in the tour, we will visit some of the capital's remaining attractions not included on the previous sightseeing day. Depending on the available time, these may include the tranquil Rawal Lake, the beautifully landscaped Rose and Jasmine Garden, the modern Centaurus Mall, Saidpur Village, or the Margalla Hills National Park, offering a final opportunity to experience the natural beauty and cultural diversity of Pakistan's capital.

At the appropriate time, we will transfer you to Islamabad International Airport, ensuring you arrive at least three hours before your scheduled international departure.
