We'll take a leisurely stroll through the charming lanes of old Lahore, visiting the exquisite Wazir Khan Mosque. After a satisfying lunch, we'll head to the enchanting Shalimar Garden. In the late afternoon, we'll journey to the Wagah border to witness the striking flag-lowering ceremony.
Today, we set out on a scenic drive to Islamabad. En route, we'll explore the Hiran Minar and Rohtas Fort, adding a touch of historical richness to our journey.
Our day takes us to Chilas, where we'll traverse the renowned Karakoram Highway. Alternatively, we may journey via the picturesque Babusar Pass, depending on its accessibility.
We continue our journey to upper Hunza, with captivating stops along the way. At the Nanga Parbat viewpoint, you'll behold the majesty of the 8,126-meter peak. We'll pause at the junction point of three great mountain ranges: Karakoram, Himalaya, and Hindu Kush. The remains of the Old Silk Road in Chalt Nagar and the Rakaposhi viewpoint at 7,788 meters await our exploration.
Today, we immerse ourselves in the beauty of upper Hunza's Gojal Valley. Our itinerary includes a visit to Passu Glacier, a short hike from the last jeep track at Upper Borith Village, and a stop at Borith Lake. Later, we'll explore the Hussaini Suspension Bridge and visit an old house in Gulmit. The picturesque villages of Gulmit and Ghulkin will also captivate our senses.
A full day is dedicated to visiting the world's highest paved border, Khunjerab Pass at 4,693 meters. On our return, we'll pause at Khunjerab National Park and then proceed to Sost for lunch. The afternoon is reserved for exploring the villages of upper Gojal Valley.
Today's journey leads us to Karimabad, with stops at the stunning Attabad Lake and the Sacred Rocks of Hunza. We'll then venture into Hopper Valley to explore its beauty and visit Hopper Glacier. In the afternoon, we'll proceed to Karimabad or Duiker.
A day to explore the wonders of Karimabad awaits. Our itinerary includes visits to the Royal Garden, Altit Fort, the Karimabad local bazaar, and the historic Baltit Fort.
Today, we bid farewell to the enchanting Hunza Valley and embark on our journey back to Islamabad, either through the Karakoram Highway or via the Babusar Pass, if accessible. Our overnight stay will be in Besham or Naran Valley.
On the final day of our adventure, we will drive back to Islamabad. Along the way, we'll visit the Taxila Museum, followed by a tour of Islamabad, including stops at the Faisal Mosque, Pakistan Monument, and a chance to explore the local bazaar. In the evening, before your flight departs, we'll ensure a timely drop-off at Islamabad Airport.
