  • Travel details such as preferred dates, group size, nationality, and special requests (dietary, accessibility, medical) needed to plan and operate your tour.
  • Passport and visa/permit information where required for treks or areas that need government permits (e.g. certain valleys in Gilgit-Baltistan).
  • Payment details when you pay a deposit or balance — processed securely through our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Any messages, reviews, or photos you choose to share with us.

  • Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
  • Wishlist and account activity if you create a My Account profile with us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver your trip or run our business:

  • Local operating partners — hotels, guesthouses, drivers, guides, and porters who need your name, travel dates, and any medical/dietary notes to serve you.
  • Payment processors — to securely process deposits and balance payments.
  • Government and permit authorities — where a trek or area requires official permits or registration, we share the minimum information required by law.
  • Service providers who help us run our website, email, and booking systems, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Where required by law, or to protect the safety of travellers, staff, or the public.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart or wishlist, understand how visitors use the site, and (where enabled) measure the performance of our marketing. Our services are intended for adults booking travel, including on behalf of family members. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Minors travelling with a booked group are covered under the information provided by the booking adult.
