After breakfast, transfer to Islamabad Airport for your scenic flight to Gilgit. The short mountain flight offers spectacular aerial views of the Himalayas, Karakoram, and some of the world’s highest peaks before landing in Gilgit.

Upon arrival in Gilgit, continue your journey by road towards Hunza Valley. The drive follows the legendary Karakoram Highway, passing through the dramatic landscapes of Gilgit-Baltistan with breathtaking views of mountains, rivers, and traditional settlements.

In case of flight cancellation due to weather or operational conditions, the journey will continue by road from Islamabad towards Chilas along the famous Karakoram Highway. The route passes through the spectacular Kohistan Valley, following the mighty Indus River through some of the most dramatic mountain scenery in northern Pakistan.

Upon arrival in Chilas, transfer to your comfortable hotel and relax after the scenic journey through the Karakoram landscapes.

Later, visit the peaceful Royal Garden and explore the surrounding areas of Karimabad, enjoying the first views of Hunza’s spectacular mountain scenery.

In the evening, drive to Duiker Viewpoint to witness the beautiful sunset over the Karakoram mountains. The viewpoint offers breathtaking panoramic views of Rakaposhi, Ultar Peaks, and the surrounding valleys before returning to your hotel in Karimabad.

In case of flight cancellation, after breakfast begin the scenic drive from Chilas to Karimabad via the legendary Karakoram Highway. Upon arrival in Hunza, explore the available attractions depending on the arrival time. If the timing does not allow visits to the main cultural sites, enjoy an evening visit to Duiker Viewpoint for sunset views over the magnificent Hunza Valley before returning to the hotel.

Visit Hopper Valley and explore the stunning Hopper Glacier, where the contrast between the icy glacier, rugged mountains, and peaceful valley creates one of the most memorable landscapes of the region. Enjoy time for photography and appreciate the unique natural beauty of this less-explored area before continuing your journey towards Gojal, Upper Hunza.

In case of flight cancellation, after breakfast begin with the exploration of the remaining highlights of Karimabad, including Altit Fort, Ganish Village, and other cultural landmarks depending on the available time. Later, continue towards Hopper Valley to visit the Hopper Glacier before driving onward to Gojal, Upper Hunza.

Continue your journey along the spectacular Karakoram Highway towards the villages of Shishkat, Gulmit, and Ghulkin in Gojal, Upper Hunza. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, valleys, and the turquoise waters of Attabad Lake.

After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to Khunjerab Pass (4,693m), the highest paved international border crossing in the world, located on the border between Pakistan and China. The journey follows the legendary Karakoram Highway, one of the world's most spectacular mountain roads, through the breathtaking landscapes of Gojal, Upper Hunza.

En route, travel through Khunjerab National Park, a protected high-altitude wilderness renowned for its dramatic scenery and unique wildlife. If you're fortunate, you may spot Himalayan ibex, Marmots, Golden Eagles, or the elusive Snow Leopard, although sightings of the latter are extremely rare.

Arrive at Khunjerab Pass, where you will have time to admire the stunning mountain scenery, visit the iconic Pakistan–China border gate, capture memorable photographs, and experience the unique atmosphere of this remarkable high-altitude frontier.

After spending time at the pass, return to Gojal, enjoying more spectacular views of the Karakoram landscapes along the way.

Begin the day with a visit to the magnificent Passu White Glacier, where a short walk rewards you with breathtaking views of the glacier descending from the surrounding mountains. During the cherry blossom season, the contrast between the colourful orchards, rugged glacier, and towering peaks creates a truly unforgettable landscape.

Continue to the famous Hussaini Suspension Bridge, one of Pakistan's most iconic pedestrian bridges, stretching across the Hunza River. Surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery, the bridge offers incredible panoramic views of the valley, glaciers, and the dramatic peaks that define Upper Hunza.

Later, visit the historic Gulmit Old House Museum, a beautifully preserved traditional Wakhi home that offers fascinating insights into the history, architecture, and lifestyle of the people of Gojal. Travelling along the legendary Karakoram Highway, today's drive offers one final opportunity to admire the dramatic scenery of northern Pakistan, passing through rugged mountains, deep gorges, traditional villages, and the mighty Indus River.

Enjoy several scenic stops along the way to stretch your legs, capture memorable photographs, and savour the ever-changing landscapes of the Karakoram. A lunch break will be made at a suitable local restaurant before continuing the journey south.

During the summer season, if Babusar Pass is open and road conditions permit, the journey may instead continue via Babusar Pass to Naran. This seasonal route offers spectacular alpine scenery, lush mountain meadows, and panoramic views from Babusar Pass (4,173m) before descending into the beautiful Kaghan Valley.

Upon arrival in Besham or Naran, transfer to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening after another memorable day on the road.

After breakfast, depart from Besham and begin your journey back to Islamabad, enjoying the final scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of northern Pakistan.

En route, visit the renowned Taxila Museum in Taxila, home to one of the finest collections of Gandharan Buddhist art and archaeological treasures. Discover the fascinating history of this ancient centre of learning and one of South Asia's most significant archaeological regions.

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning at your hotel. Depending on your international flight schedule, you will either be transferred directly to Islamabad International Airport or continue exploring the vibrant twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

If your departure flight is scheduled later in the day, embark on a guided tour of the Twin Cities.
